Dr. WANG Qingyu, aged 52, is the Company's Vice President.

Dr. Wang was appointed as the Company's Vice President since 17 November 2008. Dr. Wang was the general manager of Anadigics China Corporation (Kunshan) prior to his joining the Company. Dr. Wang has over 18 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and R&D fields with 7 years of foundry experience in China. From 2001 to 2006, Dr. Wang took various roles at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation as senior engineering manager, senior business manager and special assistant to senior vice president. From 2006 to 2007, Dr. Wang was appointed as vice president of operations of Shanghai Belling Corporation Limited. Dr. Wang received a doctor degree in physical chemistry from Fudan University in 1989 and a post-doctor degree in applied physics from Harvard University in 1994.
