Mr. SUN Zhen

Mr. SUN Zhen, aged 43, is the Company's Vice President.

Mr. Sun was appointed as the Chief Operation Officer of the Company on 25 March 2009, and was re-designated as the Vice President of the Company on 9 March 2011 due to the change of management structure. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Sun was a process integration engineer of the Company. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Sun served as a customer engineer at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited (Singapore). Mr. Sun re-joined the Company in 1999 and took various roles as customer engineering manager, international sales and marketing manager, director of sales and marketing and vice president of sales and marketing of the Company during the period from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Sun served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Belling Microelectronics Manufacturing Company Limited from July 2008 to March 2009. Mr. Sun graduated with a bachelor of electrical engineering degree from Fudan University in 1991.
