Ms. Shen Qing, aged 51, is a Non-executive Director of the third session of the Board.

Ms. Shen has been a Non-executive Director of the Board since 1 November 2010. From 1983 to 1993, Ms. Shen served as an instructor of the Computer and Micro-electronics Department of the School of Engineering of Shanghai University. From 1993 to 1995, Ms. Shen served as an instructor of the Computer Application Department of the School of Engineering of Shanghai University. From 1995 to 2000, Ms. Shen served as the Deputy Director of the Teaching and Research Centre of International Financial Research Institute of Bank of China. From May 2000 to November 2005, Ms. Shen took various management roles and moved to the Manager of the Treasury and Accounting Department of Shanghai Branch of China Orient Asset Management Corporation (“COAMC”). From December 2005 to November 2006, Ms. Shen was appointed as the Manager of the Accounting Department of Dongxing Investment Development Holding Company and the General Manager of Shanghai Ruijin Building Company Limited. From November 2006 to April 2008, Ms. Shen was appointed as the Manager of the Treasury and Accounting Department of COAMC. In April 2008, Ms. Shen was promoted to the current position of Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Branch of COAMC.

Ms. Shen graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from School of Electronic Instruments of East China Normal University in 1983 and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000.
